What this can’t tell you
- Which specific service category or indicator type is driving the score.
- Whether the elevated score reflects a persistent pattern or a single anomalous day (see
risk_persistencecard for that). - Anything about why the behaviour occurred.
How we describe it
Overall risk level for this employee, combining all available signals for the selected period — with extra weight given to the most serious incidents detected.
