# Overall Risk Composite

## What this tells you

Whether this employee has had any seriously concerning behaviour in the reviewed period, and how bad their overall activity looks on average. A high score combined with a Critical severity badge means both frequent and severe indicators were detected.

## What this can't tell you

- Which specific service category or indicator type is driving the score.
- Whether the elevated score reflects a persistent pattern or a single anomalous day (see `risk_persistence` card for that).
- Anything about *why* the behaviour occurred.

## How we describe it

Overall risk level for this employee, combining all available signals for the selected period — with extra weight given to the most serious incidents detected.
