Flag Behavior

Updated View as Markdown

What this tells you

Whether the user’s flagging behaviour is unusual compared to their own history. A sustained spike may indicate the user is managing an unusually high-pressure period or responding to a targeted message campaign.

What this can’t tell you

  • Does not indicate whether flagged messages were acted on or resolved.
  • Does not indicate whether flagging is good or bad in isolation — it is purely an anomaly signal.
  • Does not capture whether flagged messages were read before or after being flagged.

How we describe it

Shows whether this user’s message-flagging activity is unusually high or low compared with their own recent pattern.
