# Flag Behavior

## What this tells you

Whether the user's flagging behaviour is unusual compared to their own history. A sustained spike may indicate the user is managing an unusually high-pressure period or responding to a targeted message campaign.

## What this can't tell you

- Does not indicate whether flagged messages were acted on or resolved.
- Does not indicate whether flagging is good or bad in isolation — it is purely an anomaly signal.
- Does not capture whether flagged messages were read before or after being flagged.

## How we describe it

Shows whether this user's message-flagging activity is unusually high or low compared with their own recent pattern.
