What this tells you
Whether the user reads emails addressed directly to them, and to a lesser degree whether they read CC’d emails.
What this can’t tell you
Does not indicate whether unread emails contained security-relevant content, whether non-reading was intentional, or whether it reflects inbox management preferences.
How we describe it
Shows what proportion of emails addressed directly to the user, and CC’d emails, the user has read.
