# Email Attention Metrics

## What this tells you

Whether the user reads emails addressed directly to them, and to a lesser degree whether they read CC'd emails.

## What this can't tell you

Does not indicate whether unread emails contained security-relevant content, whether non-reading was intentional, or whether it reflects inbox management preferences.

## How we describe it

Shows what proportion of emails addressed directly to the user, and CC'd emails, the user has read.
