Whether this user is reading security emails less attentively than their own general email habits would predict.

## What this can't tell you

- Does not distinguish between a user who misses security emails and one who actively ignores them.
- Does not identify which security emails went unread.
- A negative gap could reflect poor mail categorisation rather than behaviour.
