# External Communication Risk

## What this tells you

How much of the user's received email is from external senders, and whether that is unusually different from their own recent baseline.

## What this can't tell you

Does not indicate harmful intent, unsafe decisions, or whether the user actively chose risky behaviour. This is largely an exposure and context measure.

## How we describe it

Shows how much of the user's received email is from external senders, and whether that pattern differs unusually from their normal recent baseline.
