# After Hours Activity

## What this tells you

Whether this person's out-of-hours email activity was unusual relative to their own normal — useful context for working-pattern and wellbeing conversations, and for interpreting other signals.

## What this can't tell you

It does not indicate wrongdoing, poor security decisions, or intent. Working outside standard hours is often legitimate (travel, time zones, flexible schedules). It reflects timing only, measured against the user's own baseline.

## How we describe it

Shows how much of this user's email activity falls outside normal working hours, compared with their own recent pattern.
